WHICH STRATEGY IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
This depends on every client, their goals and risk appetite. We are offering different types of strategies, from those that are more conservative to those that are more aggressive.
IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT THE HIGHEST PROFIT. RISK:REWARD RATIO IS OUR MOST IMPORTANT METRIC
A strategy that is considered conservative, can be scaled up to become more aggressive, and vice versa – An aggressive strategy can be limited, and trade very conservatively. This is done with the risk settings every client has access to.
Below is an example of the risk multiplier. On the left there is the original strategy, and on the right you can see the effect of multipliers. The same strategy can be aggressive or conservative:
A higher multiplier will produce bigger profits and bigger losses, while a lower multiplier will smoothen them out. The Hybrid PAM also allows clients to set the stop level, so that clients know exactly how much they risk. When setting the stop out level, one must also consider that a strategy needs some room to trade. With all that in mind, all strategies are useful. It comes down to each client and their personal preference.
